• Driver applications: your name, email address, phone number, state of residence, driving experience, licenses, endorsements and certifications, any information you include in your application, and, if you choose to upload one, your resume.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit. When a form is submitted, we record the submitting IP address to help prevent spam and abuse. If analytics are enabled on the Site (see Section 6), additional usage data is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your quote requests, questions, and messages;
• Review and process driver applications and make hiring decisions;
• Provide, operate, and improve our services and the Site;
• Communicate with you about your inquiry or application by phone, text message, or email;

• Comply with legal, regulatory, and safety obligations, including those that apply to motor carriers.

4. Phone and Text Communications

By providing your phone number through a form on the Site, you consent to NMV Expedition contacting you at that number by phone call or text message about your inquiry, quote request, or application. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying "STOP" or by contacting us using the information in Section 13. We do not use your phone number for unrelated marketing without your consent.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With service providers who help us operate the Site and our business, such as our website hosting provider, email delivery services, and analytics providers. These providers may process information only to provide services to us;
• For legal reasons, if we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NMV Expedition, our customers, our drivers, or others;

7. Job Applicant Information

Information submitted through our driver application is used for recruiting and hiring purposes only. As a regulated motor carrier, we may be required to verify employment history, driving records, and qualifications in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation and FMCSA regulations; any background or safety-performance checks are conducted in accordance with applicable law and, where required, with your separate written authorization. Resumes and application materials are retained as described in Section 8 and are accessible only to personnel involved in hiring.

8. Data Retention

We keep form submissions and application materials for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including record-keeping rules that apply to motor carriers), to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, including HTTPS encryption on the Site and restricted access to submissions. However, no website or internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable law to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to receive information about how we process it. To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 13. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
